The en suite bathrooms with shower are so cool and artsy, I loved the unique design and vibrant colors! It made me feel like I was staying in a trendy boutique hotel. The private bathrooms with rainfall showerheads were also a great touch, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice bonus. The room itself had everything I needed, from air conditioning to a TV and fridge. And let me tell you, the 10 individually furnished guestrooms were top-notch, with their refrigerators and LCD televisions. the room was just perfect for a young traveler like me.
The only thing I liked less was that the en suite bathrooms with shower didn't have a separate area for the toilet. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others would still enjoy it.

Great location near BTS station, Exchange Tower for breakfast, and AEON supermarket. Lovely design rooms, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom corners. Fantastic ambiance and cool terrace with skyline views. 2 minutes walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping mall and BTS Skytrain station. Very helpful owner with great tips and insights about Bangkok.
Nothing.

The room decor was warm and made us feel very comfortable. It was the perfect place to chill out in after a day of non-stop shopping and walking. We did not even realise that there were no windows in the room. There was a small living/sitting area which was great for us to rest at after going back to the room. The room was spacious, clean and secure. The ensuite toilet was separated from the room by only a shower curtain but it was ok for us. It was clean and toiletries were provided. Bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep in. Room was located on the 5th floor by stairs and locked by a padlock. However, entry in and out of the hotel required the use of a security card which only guests had. Check in was not 24hrs and hence we had to wait outside the hotel for 10mins and had to make 2 calls before we were being let in. But it was ok. Location is 5mins walk from Asok BTS, area seems pretty safe. Did not try the breakfast as we woke up late so can't comment. Overall was a pleasant stay and we loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Polite staff. Fun and unique interior design. Great walking distance to Asok bts and Terminal 21. Good for non-fussy and adventurous young people who are looking for a one-of-a-kind bed & breakfast experience in the city.
Sabai and Postcard room - Bathroom was separated from the rest of the room with a flimsy shower curtain. No windows. Safety is compromised due to no exit route and using padlock from the outside. Hotel a bit pricey for its facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The decoration inside the room was cozy and made us feel at home. The location is excellent, as it is in the heart of the city and very close to both the skytrain and metro stations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The facilities provided were great, including free tea, coffee, and water at the reception.
Nothing, all excellent.

The location of this guesthouse is fantastic, with easy access to both the BTS and MRT stations. It's also conveniently close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, perfect for some retail therapy. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with unique and quirky decor that adds a special touch. The owner, Greg, is friendly and provides helpful tips and advice for exploring the city. The staff is also friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One drawback is that the rooms may not be soundproof enough, as noise from neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard.

Rooms are basic but attractive and all 'individual'. Breakfast is limited but tasty and quite pleasant, in the open on a small rooftop terrace. IF you are interested in TV, dont expect too much.
No lift and steep stairs. Dont plan too many journeys in/out in one day--tiring, especially if you are a 'mature' couple.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique guesthouse in a great location near Asok/Sukhumvit stations. The price was very reasonable and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We felt safe and secure with the excellent security measures in place. Our room was spacious, clean, and exceptionally quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The strong wifi connection was a bonus. One of the highlights was the unique theme of each room, with ours being nautical-inspired, featuring lighthouses, seashells, and seahorses. We highly recommend this guesthouse for its imaginative design and overall value for money.
Nothing for me. 😊

Location - just a few minutes walk to Asoke station. Price. Very friendly staff.
No lift. Very noisy at night. Bed and pillows not comfortable. There is only one hair dryer shared between the whole hotel. No telephone, which means I need to walk down 3 floors everytime when I need to find a staff. Water leak out from the shower which makes the toilet floor wet. Water heater was difficult to use (didnt have water hot for two nights). Water leaks from air-conditioner.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique guesthouse. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from a subway station that connects to two different lines. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms were surprisingly quiet and provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The Belgian manager was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, colorful, and uniquely designed, adding to the overall charm of the place. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, savoring a cup of coffee while taking in the bustling city views.
Nothing that I didn't like. 😊

Excellent location near public transit stations. Convenient for both airports. Cute room with separate shower. Nearby 7-11, vegan restaurant, and bar. Great staff, especially Gregory, who provided a free upgrade and stored luggage. Comfortable bed and strong wifi.

I got great value for my money with a clean and cozy room, complete with a comfy bed and soft pillows. The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the BTS station and right beside Terminal 21. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a better variety of options.
